Challenge: How can we make the airport security experience less rushed and more stress free?

Solution:

• Airport cart designed to allow travelers to organize their bags and belongings while in line, before passing the TSA booth.

• Flight integration for Apple Maps/Wallet 

Contributions:

• Performed user testing and expert interviews

• Conducted material selection research

• Created “works-like” mockups from found objects

• Created process journey maps to better understand pain points of users

• Designed final CAD prototype

• Led design of UX and UI for Apple maps integration using Figma
