Challenge: No wrenches exist for tightening pool lane lines quickly and easily

Solution:

• Ergonomic new wrench design that slides easily on to lane line. 

• Ratcheting mechanism allows for faster and easier lane tightening.

Contributions:

• Performed user testing and need finding research

• Created “works-like” and “looks-like” mockups and sketches

• Researched material selection

• Developed final design specifications

• Fabricated working prototype
